I faced several issues . The furniture in my room seemed outdated and needed maintenance, quite disappointing. The wi-fi connection was unreliable, interrupting my ability to stay connected and work remotely. Lastly, I expected more from the bathroom facilities, as the sink did not hold water, quite inconvenient.

Beautiful building and rooms with tv. The really helpful staff working throughout the hotel. Quiet and convenient location, walking distance to everywhere. Outstanding food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.

Everything is great, the room is big with the fireplace and large windows and a stain in the middle of the bedspread. It has favourable location to see a modern art gallery.

They constantly referred to me by name. The room provided plenty of natural light and was stylishly decorated. I encountered a few hiccups. The carpets could definitely use a deep clean since the room felt a bit stale. The bathroom also had some maintenance needs. The tub looked worn, and the sink didn't hold water properly. Although breakfast was quite good, the coffee situation left something to be desired, needing better options inside the room itself.

The staff were super friendly. The food was on point, and the cozy vibe really set the mood for our group getaway.

One downside was the absence of consistent hot water in the shower, a bit disappointing after a long day. It took a while to warm up, and that was frustrating.

The noise from nearby Highway I95 was noticeable and detracted from the ambiance at times. Dining was disappointing, especially with the delayed Valentine's dinner service that left us unsatisfied and with leftover food we couldn't even enjoy. Drink prices in the bar felt steep for the experience offered.
